Prof. Hochul KwakDirector of the chaplaincy division of YUHS, Associate professor of Christian ethics

    Kwak Ho-chul is a director of the chaplaincy division of YUHS (Yonsei University Health System) and an associate professor of Christian ethics, United Graduate School of Theology at Yonsei University.

    He received his Ph.D. in Christian Ethics from Claremont Graduate University. He has published articles, such as “From Paradise Lost to Paradise Regained: Artificial Intelligence, Labor and Basic Income” and “Christian Ethical Study on Korean Christianity’s Discrimination against Ethnic Others,” book chapters like “The Necessity and Directivity of Basic Income from the Perspective of Christian Ethics: Focusing on Ethics of the Other,” in the book, Basic Income in Korea and Beyond: Social, Economic, and Theological Perspectives and a translation, Faith and Human Rights.
